Trisha Lewis Henegar - Attorney at Law
Trisha Lewis Henegar, a Tennessean and Bedford County native, is Shelbyville through and through. Mrs. Henegar began practicing law in 1995 after graduating from the Nashville School of Law. Prior to that, she received her BS in Criminal Justice with minors in Psychology and Sociology, graduating Cum Laude from Middle Tennessee State University, and was a proud member of the Shelbyville Central High School (SCHS) state and national championship basketball team, the Shelbyville Eaglettes from 1984-1987.
She excels at providing legal representation for Family Law (including Adoption, Divorce, Custody, Paternity, and Child Support matters), Criminal Defense, Estate & Wills, and as a successful Personal Injury attorney.
Trisha belongs to the Tennessee Bar Assc. (TBA), Bedford Bar Assc. (BBA), Tennessee Association for Justice (TAJ), and Daughters of the American Revolution.(DAR).
Haley Wilson - Legal Assistant
Haley Wilson began her career as a legal assistant in 2000 after graduating with Honors from Shelbyville Central High School (SCHS). She went on to pursue her degree in Business Administration at Motlow State Community College where she graduated with her Associates Degree in 2003.
With over ten years of legal assistant experience, and six years of sales and customer service experience, Mrs. Wilson is an asset in her role at the Henegar Law Office.
